Quality

I am well versed in ISO/IEC 17025. I am able to assess your exisitng program for compliance or develop a Quality Management Program for you. The quality program consists of a Quality Manual and Quality System Procedures.

I can also author a vareity of other associated documents, such as forms and operation, calibration, safety, and training procedures.

Metrology

I will take inventory of all instrumentation, determine if they are critical, non-critical, or for reference only. If they are not tagged, I have an established identification convention.

If you have in-house calibrations, I can easily determine if your reference standards are adequate to perform the calibrations that they were intended to. If you utilize external calibration service providers, I can qualify them as well.

Are your procedures adequate? Do they have the required conent? Allow me to review them for compliance.

Training

Allow me to devlop or expand your exisitng training program, by using a proven manner of determining what the organizations needs are, establishing levels, and implementing the minimum requirements (familiarity only, reading required, OJT required, etc.) to ensure that all staff, from entry to executive level, are properly trained.
